ESP32-S3

High-resolution 1024×600 px capacitive touch display driven by a Goodix GT911 controller. Manages real-time state telemetry from distributed field nodes and executes master automation heuristics.

Waveshare 6CH Actuator Node

DIN-Rail Relay

Industrial DIN-rail relay module designed for electrical switchboards. Powered by its own dedicated ESP32-S3 MCU, ensuring 100% operational autonomy even during complete link blackouts.

  • 6 Optoisolated Channels: Galvanically isolated relay outputs with onboard physical LED status indicators.
  • Hardware Watchdog Timer: 1-second interrupt countdown timers running independently in local RAM.
  • Fail-Safe Disconnect: Automated contact release and fail-safe shutdown upon communication heartbeat loss.
  • Industrial Power Stability: High-efficiency power regulation (Power Save None) configured to completely eliminate brownout reboots.

Military-Grade Link Security: Native AES-128-GCM Frames

Rather than relying on sluggish, vulnerability-prone cloud brokers, the HMI screen coordinates switchboard relays directly across the local LAN using lightweight, authenticated UDP datagrams.

Auto-Discovery (Port 8889) Cabinet relay modules broadcast encrypted heartbeats over LAN at 50 ms intervals. The HMI discovers and enumerates nodes dynamically.
AES-GCM Encryption (Port 8888) Actuation payloads feature unique 12-byte initialization vectors (IV), a 16-byte authentication tag, and rolling sequence counters to block replay attacks.
Instant ACK & Telemetry Within sub-millisecond windows, actuators return signed acknowledgments confirming contact bitmasks and precise RSSI link metrics.
